HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Quote

Let’s Get your project started with a quote. We do same day quotes if stone slabs are pre-selected

Email your kitchen and/or bathroom layout with approximate measurement, and type of stone and its name if already have in mind or chosen to quotes@granitedepot-ga.com. We will send you a quote via DocuSign, from which you can review your quote and sign the quote and fill the job order form, if you agree with the quote or you may call your Dedicated Customer Care Associate, contact details are shown on the quote, if you have any changes to make, a subsequent quote will be sent with proposed changes. 

OR

Visit our showroom at 750 N Price Road, Sugar Hill, GA 30518 with a lay out of your kitchen and/or bathroom, one of our associates will receive you and walk you through the huge variety of stone selection and present you a competitive quote based on your selection/edge options / corner options / design options.

How It Works: About Us

Step 2: Order

You may review the quote and sign the quote as well as the Order Form electronically. Once we receive the signed quote and Order Form, your Dedicated Customer Care Associate will review all the paperwork and send you a payment link via email for deposit of the project. You may pay online, or you may mail a check/money order through regular mail.

OR

In case, you visit our showroom, you finalize your quote and Sales order form and make a payment with your Dedicated Customer Care Associate to close the order process.

Step 3: Scheduling

In the Job Order form, there is a question such as tentative date for Templating, WE contact you via email 5 business days before tentative date and reconfirm and schedule templating and Installation dates.

We remind you about your templating date via email to reconfirm or reschedule. If rescheduled, then Installation date also will be rescheduled.

2 Business Day Reminder

We send you another reminder via email one business day before the scheduled templating date or reschedule. If rescheduled, then Installation date also will be rescheduled.

How It Works: About Us

Step 4: Templating

Our Template Technician will text a reminder of his ETA for templating, and again text a reminder 10 minutes before his/her arrival.

The Template Technician uses a Digital Template Machine (instead of using staples, Door skin Strips and glue etc to template) to design the Countertop/Vanity with accuracy as some walls are not straight due to uneven studs. This latest 2D and 3D template technology brings more accuracy, visibility of how it’s going to look etc and avoids human errors and you can’t see how corners look or back splash covering areas and overhangs at one glance of the whole project. But with this Latest 2D and 3D technology, you can see what the whole project looks like.

The Template Technician will show you how your countertop design looks by applying all edges, corners as per the order form and have you sign off the template.

Step 5: Production

We use the latest technology in the stone fabrication industry like Robot Saw Jet, automated Edge polish and one of its kind Miter Machine to run miter cuts. 

Production will be scheduled as soon as Templating is done, and a digital design has been sent to the production manager.

Step 6: Installation

Our team of Professional Installers will text you with a reminder of their ETA on the date of installation and text again when they are 10 minutes out.

Once they off load all the pieces of the Countertop/Vanity they will start installing section by section. Once every piece is installed, then they clean up the countertops/Vanity and remove all trash. They ask you to check thoroughly and take your acceptance and have you sign off on the project.

If you find some issues, they will fix those issues before they leave, if it's not too late in the day, if it's too late, they will schedule another appointment (could be next day) and come and fix it before they have you sign off the project and collect the balance payment.

What If Something goes wrong after Installation?

We stand behind our work at Granite Depot, and we know that sometimes things don’t always go perfectly. We are always prepared to handle and address any issues quickly to make sure you are completely satisfied! We have a full-time Service Technician on staff as well as an internal process that escalates any services or issues to top priority to make sure matters are resolved as fast as possible and with the highest quality results.
